Order deadline: Sundays at 8:00 PM for the upcoming week.
How ordering works
$10 per meal (flat rate).
Choose either a Custom Meal or a Pre-Configured Meal for each day. Custom Meals require a Protein, Flavor, Carb, and Veggie selection before submitting.
One resident per form. If you’re ordering for multiple people, submit a separate form for each.
Billing
Changes & cancellations
After the Sunday 8:00 PM lock, changes require a message with your Name.
Same-day cancellations for illness are accepted until 9:00 AM on the scheduled day.
Other changes/cancellations must be submitted by 9:00 AM the day before.
Refunds are typically issued as credit toward your next order.
Allergies & special requests
Please list food allergies and any special requests (e.g., “no rice,” “no sauce”) in the Notes field each time you order.
While no nuts are added to our recipes, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens.
